SHIPPING
Local orders will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. All orders in Israel are charged a flat rate of 25 ILS. Our studio ships with easyship, a delivery service that delivers to a nearby location. Once the shipment has been delivered, you will receive a message with the shipment details, including the location of the service point.
If you would like to pick up your order from the studio, please select this option at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL VAT & CUSTOMS DUTY
All international orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days upon payment approval. We ship worldwide by Ecopost/EMS Airmail with a tracking number. Please note that there are often additional charges, taxes, and fees to receive your package in your country. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges or delays resulting from customs. To avoid delays, please review your local import regulations, fees, and taxes.
There may be delays with worldwide shipping due to the lack of flights caused by Covid Omicron variant.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Should you experience any problems with a piece you have purchased, please contact us via email - hello.dprovizor.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We will accept returns/exchanges within 10 business days of receipt of your package upon approval. You must return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received via registered insured mail. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during shipment back, we will be unable to refund you. As soon as we receive the item(s), we will refund its cost.

Q. Where do you ship?
Almost anywhere in the world. If you are unable to check out because of shipping limitations, please feel free to contact me, and we will do our best to arrange shipping.
Q. How long after I place my order will it ship?
It will take 3-7 days for us to process and ship your order. Overseas standard shipping takes up to 21 days, (Europe and the United States). If you have not received the package after 30 days, please contact us. It may have been delayed because of holidays or bad weather.
Q. Is everything dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes! I always recommend hand washing whenever possible because it is gentler.
