SHIPPING

All pieces are made to order and handcrafted by Dorit Provizor. Production times vary depending on the piece ordered and typically require a minimum of 3 weeks before shipping.

Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

For orders within Israel, shipping is available via Easyship. At checkout, you may choose between delivery to a nearby pickup point or home delivery. Once your shipment is on its way, you will receive a notification with all delivery details and tracking information.

If you would prefer to collect your order directly, please select the local pickup option at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL VAT & CUSTOMS DUTY

International orders are shipped via EMS or other reliable international carriers and include a tracking number.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Customs procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays. To avoid unexpected charges or delays, please review your local import regulations and customs policies before placing an order.

RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Each piece is handmade and made to order. For this reason, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your piece, please contact me at dorit.provizor@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. I will do my best to find a fair and appropriate solution.

Please include photographs of the item and its packaging when contacting me regarding damage that occurred during shipping.
